Bring your use case
Tell us which equipment matters and where existing inspection workflows fall short.
We’re inviting conversations with maintenance teams, equipment makers, and service companies to help shape Mercer Monitor. Pilot availability and timing are to be determined.
We want to understand how your team collects measurements, investigates changing signals, and plans service today.
Tell us which equipment matters and where existing inspection workflows fall short.
We would discuss available measurements, intended outcomes, and realistic pilot boundaries.
Help prioritize uploads, asset views, reports, thresholds, and service records.
Submitting interest creates no purchase, access, or delivery commitment.
Start with a few details about your team.
No. Mercer Monitor is in development. This website shows a concept of the planned product. A pilot scope, timing, and access would be discussed individually.
The initial planned version focuses on uploaded measurements. Connected measurement modules are a later development stage, so hardware installation is not required to discuss an initial pilot.
Describe the motors or equipment you maintain, the readings you already collect, your approximate fleet size, and the maintenance decisions you would like to support. Do not include confidential production data.
No. An application starts a conversation. Equipment suitability, available development capacity, data requirements, and any pilot terms would need to be agreed separately.
Pilot availability, scope, costs if any, and support arrangements have not been finalized. Any commitment would require separate written terms.
